About Us Hello everybody... Welcome to Nagarathargateway.com Greetings from Murugappan Periyakaruppan. For a long time I have been thinking about launching a site for our community, the great Nagarathars alias Nattukottai Chettiars. I am always fascinated by our Nagarathar culture and the positive practices of our community. The main purpose of this website is to make a one stop place for Nagarathar related information. This web portal is dedicated to our community. I initiated the efforts to build this site in 2003, but could not proceed further. After a long hibernation, this website is live again. I need to put a note of thanks to my parents (Muru. Periyakaruppan and Mrs. P. Umayal) and my wife (M. Devimeenal) for their support, content gathering & preparation, ideas and encouragement in building this website. What will be on this website You will find Nagarathar related news, job postings, user submitted recipes, temple/ nagarathar sangam / misc events around the world, business directory of nagarathars, free classified ads (buy/sell items or promote your services). Our Main Goal To provide world class services/information to each and every visitor of this website and to steer the Nagarathar community towards a better future and have them inter-connected for ever. Any community related portal is of little use when it is not updated. Please help to provide latest, important and accurate information on this site.
