Rasgulla is a syrupy dessert |

Required Ingredients: |
|
Milk...5 cups(1 ltr)
sugar ..3cups
Maida flour 2 tea spoon
yogurt.....1cup or lemon juice 1 table spoon
water 4 cups |

Cooking Instruction: |
|
Boil the milk
Add curd OR lemon juice, the milk will curdle then strain it with a muslin cloth.Take the solid part called PANNEER
The water can be used for other cooking purposes.
Mix panneer and flour and make small balls.
Mix sugar in hot water and make syrup. When it is boiling add the balls and cook for 20 minutes.
Take off the heating pan and when it is cooled serve the Rasagulla balls with syrup. |
