healthy chutney |

Required Ingredients: |
|
beans - 6 to 8 nos
carrot - 1 no
potato - 1 no
cauliflower - 3 to 4 pieces
onion - 2 nos
garlic - 2 to 3 pieces
tomato - 1 no
red chilly & green chilly - each 1 no
tamarind - a small piece
salt , 1 sp urid dhal
oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida - a pinch , curry leaves. |

Cooking Instruction: |
|
put oil in a frying pan. add urid dhal , after it becomes red colour , put chopped onion, garlic , chillies , beans, carrot,potato, cauliflower , tamarind and add salt . saute for a minute and add tomato. then saute well. after it becomes cool , put it in mixer and grind it to chutney.
then put a frying pan put oil . after it gets heat add mustard seeds, asfoetida and curry leaves. then put this in the chutney. a very healthy chutney is ready.
if you want you can add 2 sp of coconut . adding coconut , chutney cannot be used after a day. if you add beet root also it will be good but the colour will change. |
