all green leaves are good for health. best combination for idly, dosai etc., if the chutney is thick means you can put for the hot rice along with ghee or gingely oil. tomato or tamarind any one also we can add. it depends on our taste. |

Required Ingredients: |
|
mint leaves - 1 cup
corainder leaves - 1 cup
curry leaves - 1 cup
onion - 2 nos
green chilly & red chilly - each 1 no
tomato- 1/2 no
tamarind - a very small piece
salt
coconut- 1/2 cup
urid dal - 1 tp 11/2 sp
oil , mustard seeds, asafoetida |

Cooking Instruction: |
|
* put oil in a kadai. put urid dal , after it becomes red colour put onion,chillies, tamarind and saute .
* then add tomato. put salt for tomato smashing.
* add coconut and saute.
* add all the three leaves and nicely saute till the water in the leaves absorbe.
* after it becomes cool grind into a chutney.
* add oil in pan , after it gets heat put mustard seeds and asafoetida and put it in the chutney |
