Required Ingredients: |

Apple - 200 g
Puli - 1 piece
Red Chilli - 1 no.
Corainder leaves & curry leaves - required amount
tomato - 1 no.
water - 400 g
oil - for fry
turmeric powder, milagu, jeeragam,, salt, kadugu , uluntham paruppu, perungayam powder - required amt. |

Cooking Instruction: |
|
First , oil to be boil
Put kadugu, uluntham paruppu, red chilli with perungayam powder in vessel and boiled for few min.
In 400 g water mixed the tomato with puli then poured into the vessel and add some turmeric powder, milagu, jeeragam powder and salt .
then wait for few min and put coraider leaves, curry leaves alongwith small pieces of apples.
now it is ready to serve.. |
