Required Ingredients: |

1.Rava - 1 cup
2.All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
3.Pepper(milagu) - 2 tsp
4.Cumin(siragam) - 2 tsp
5.Green leaves - 10 leaves
6.Coriander leaves - small amount
7.Salt - as needed |

Cooking Instruction: |
|
1.Mix all the ingredients with plenty of water and leave it to soak for half an hour .
2.Heat the dosa kadai.
3.Pour the diluted batter in a way you see small holes all through the dosai.
4.Spread some oil all around and let it roast and then turn it to the other side.
5.Tasty rava dosa ready. |
